As DSC's Vice President of Credit and Collections, Hurst leads the company's strategies related to risk mitigation. In addition, Hurst manages DSC's subsidiary company, TCR Solutions LLC. Joining DSC in 2005 as an Area Manager, Hurst was promoted in 2007 to Vice President.
Hurst attended Southwestern Illinois College and in 1988 started his career in auto finance with Fidelity Finance. Prior to DSC, Hurst spent five years in management with Automotive Finance Corporation, and ten years in commercial lending as a consultant of subprime auto portfolios.
