Marty McFarland

As DSC's Executive Vice President, McFarland oversees the company's financial strategies and emerging strategic initiatives. McFarland co-founded DSC in 2005 as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to DSC, McFarland was the CFO and co-founder of Auction Broadcasting Company, the third largest auction chain in the United States. Prior to ABC, he was CFO and CIO of JD Byrider Systems, the largest franchiser of auto sales/finance dealerships in the U.S. Previously he held the position of Director of Finance at Envirotest Systems (NASDAQ:ENVI), where he led the company's Initial Public Offering, M & A activity and competitive bid activity exceeding $2.5 Billion in awards. McFarland has led public and private equity and debt offerings exceeding $3 Billion over his career and has been a co-founder in four successful startup companies in several industries.
McFarland holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Computer Science.
