Shane O’Dell
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, O'Dell leads the company’s execution of day to day operating activities, including revenue growth and risk mitigation. He directs short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support DSC's strategic initiatives through established performance goals, allocation of resources, and assessment of policies.
O'Dell began with DSC in 2005 as a Regional Vice President of Operations. In June of 2010, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Having served in the automotive finance industry for 16 years, O'Dell began his career with Automotive Finance Corporation in 1995. At AFC, O'Dell served as Branch Manager and was later promoted to Regional Manager overseeing 14 branch locations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Ohio State University.
